A few weeks ago we had the opportunity to photograph a concert for The Johnsons' Bluegrass Band.
They held their concert at Iron Mountain's beautiful First Covenant Church. Many people came out to hear their lively and engaging performance.
Being a musician myself, I enjoyed listening to the results of their many hours of hard practicing.
They each play several instruments including banjo, guitar, mandolin, and fiddle.
They are great story tellers, sprinkling stories throughout their performances.
They worked well with each other to create an evening everyone enjoyed.
Not only are they great musicians, they are also wonderful people. Since meeting them last year we have become fast friends. They love getting to know those who come to their concerts and are friendly to everyone around them.
